• Integrate Genesys Cloud platform with backend systems AND other mission critical applications
• Program custom Genesys Flows and Integrations.
• Rest APis experience
• JavaScript experience
• DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
• ANY Backend Development language is PREFERRED : Python, Scripting language, C#., .NET, or Java
• Terraform / & CI/CD Pipeline experience
• SQL is a plus
• You will code and integrate development and deployment of omnichannel (Chat, IVR, Chatbot, email)
• You will integrate Genesys Cloud with backend systems to improve customer interaction and streamline business processes, integrating systems and business flows.

MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

Terraform MUST KNOW Terraform : support ongoing implementation so there will no manual process. and have worked with a CI / CD pipeline for automation with scripting.

• AWS & Lamba
• THIS IS AI experience is A PLUS: Genesys AI / Genesys CoPilot - their AI tool working with a new project that is their Genesys AI CoPilot Conversation IVR AWS

Lamba

• CERTIFICATIONS are preferred but not required, they have Certs on the team.

This role is pivotal in optimizing our clients customer relationship management, streamlining business processes, and delivering unique technical solutions to the business.
